Why Is Viewing Clipboard History Useful?
Viewing Clipboard history is a new monitoring feature of iKeyMonitor, allowing you to see the sensitive content which may be hard to be viewed. If you want to know where the contents are from, Clipboard log helps you find it out easily. Viewing Clipboard history not only helps you find back lost data, but also enables you to know whether your children are in trouble, or whether there are insider threats in the company.
Find Back Lost Data
You can install iKeyMonitor on your own iOS or Android devices to keep tabs on data copied and pasted in Clipboard. If you have deleted the pasted messages and don’t remember where the messages are from, you can find the lost data by using iKeyMontior to view the Clipboard history on your own device. What’s more, you are able to find the original apps where the texts are copied. In this way, viewing Clipboard history is an effective way of data backup.
By monitoring Clipboard history on your children’s device, you can know what content your children have copied and pasted recently. You can furthermore detect whether the copied texts contain sensitive and inappropriate content, such as credit card numbers and passwords, porn, violence, bullying and gambling.
If there are too many sensitive texts shown in Clipboard history, maybe you should check whether your children are addicted to some violent games, or have contacted suspicious guys, such as gamblers, predators, or have received constant harassment from strangers online or schoolmates. You can teach them the right way of using the cellphone if they have conducted inappropriate activities online. You can even protect your children from hurt if they are in trouble currently.
Viewing employees’ Clipboard history makes it convenient for employers to find hidden secrets on employees’ device. For instance, employers are able to check if the pasted texts contain sensitive information, such as trade secrets, technology secrets, and other confidential information. By checking the apps from which the texts are copied, it will be much easier to judge the real intention of copying the sensitive texts. If employees do have acted against the company’s rules and regulations, employers can take timely measures and avoid greater losses.
